Program Components
The Plan
This page is the life-building hub of both programs. Here you will be able to write in your journal, set goals, plan projects, and establish a routine. This will be the location of the Transitional Program found only in the All-Inclusive version.
Service Database
When people come together with a collective goal, their own abilities are magnified. These pages provide a collection of resources that provide an accurate and up to date network of these facilities. Only states completed in collection at this time are Idaho and Nevada.
Services available in the Initial Program database:

Emergency Medicine Services
Homeless Shelters + Food Banks
Additional services available in the All-Inclusive Program database:

The Pillars
Found here are the points provided by the US Department of Health and Human Services in the National Consensus Statement. These are 10 qualities that they state are fundamental pieces of recovery with lessons associated with each to help you learn and develop them.
Limited selection provided in Initial Program, complete collection provided in All-Inclusive.
Medication Database
This database provides a collection of some of the most prescribed psychiatric medications. With each medication you will find the generic name, trade name, medication type, available dosages, common side effects, mechanism of action, and (for some) how many other people take the medication!
Only found in the All-Inclusive Program.
The Skills
Much like The Pillars, here you will find 10 skills relevant to mental health recovery. This page uses freeform interaction with activities and lessons to help you build important skills. It is based off of our belief that recovery is not found in any one worksheet or experience, but in the culmination of a consistent and intentional effort to heal, grow, and improve.
Limited selection provided in Initial Program, complete collection provided in All-Inclusive.
Referenced Research and Resources
Knowledge is empowering, and modern scientific literature is a great resource for developing this knowledge. Found here is the collection of free published research articles anybody can access that were used to build the lessons and activities in The Program.
Attached to each article is a PDF copy (annotated and original), a short summary, a shoutout to the authors, and relevant quotes from each.
Activity Master List
This list provides a collection of activities you can interact with that are organized by the pillar and skill they are associated with. While this page can be used to build yourself up, it can also be used as a reference point you can learn from and reflect on.
This specific page can be shared with your care team (if you choose) to help them understand your thought processes and how you respond to therapeutic questions and prompts.
Limited selection provided in Initial Program, complete collection provided in All-Inclusive.
Transitional Program
This company and program were created for the fundamental purpose of bridging gaps in mental healthcare. This gap can exist in a number of different transitions of care, but wherever that transition may be, this program was designed to bolster and support the patient in need.
This is an 8-week program that is scheduled to start upon download that includes a daily lesson, activity, life-building prompt, and more.
Only found in the All-Inclusive Program.
